Enjoy and celebrate life again!
Located in Murfreesboro and virtually serving all of Tennessee
I feel lonely and unhappy. I have got to make some changes. I can't go on living like this. Feeling like this is starting to affect my relationships with my family and friends. I want to change and I have tried everything I know to do, even counseling, but I can't seem to make the changes stick. Sometimes I feel better, but it does not last. I am a Christian; is it normal for me to feel like this?
My spouse and I used to have fun together, but now we keep getting into arguments. We talk through things and do better for a little while but then we start fighting again over the same things.
If you have had thoughts like these, let me introduce myself and how I can help you. My name is Hope and for 19 years I have been helping individuals and couples achieve goals, overcome struggles, and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. We can work together to help equip you with the necessary tools to overcome challenges.
If you are struggling with anxiety, dealing with depression, experiencing grief, or are going through a significant life-change ,it is important to know that how you are feeling now does not have to define how you think and feel the rest of your life! You can learn and apply techniques that can help you achieve the changes you seek.
Everyone is different. I offer customized counseling to identify and treat your specific challenges. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you heal from your past, stop fearing your future, and learn to live in the present with peace and happiness!
Take the next step. I’m here to support you along the way.
This is your counseling journey and you deserve a safe place to unpack your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental, warm, empathetic environment. Whether you have been to counseling before or are just starting, my aim is that you feel safe, heard, and cared for during our visits.
